Position Summary

This position reports to the Lead Director, Medicare Member Materials. This role is responsible for development and implementation of member materials for Medicare Part D members. This position will have accountability for managing, writing, and revising materials with document coding technology while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery to production partners. This is an individual contributor role.

Fundamental components of the job:

  • Proofreading and editing both CMS required and custom documents.

  • Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization

  • Collaborates with teammates & partners with other functional business areas to ensure all workflow processes are completed and remain on track

  • Collaboratively works with internal partners to obtain agreement from all impacted parties

  • Independently identify and problem solve issues that negatively impact projects and documents, as well as assist others in solutioning.

Required Qualifications

One or more years of experience in one or more of the following ways:

  • 1 years editing and/or proofreading experience

  • Experience developing, managing, and/or reviewing documents for Medicare plans

  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing due dates and keeping track of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of CMS annual materials and marking guidelines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • capable of crafting and well-structured high-quality documents using Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 – $

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
