We are looking for a full-time Assistant Cook to join our team at Pathway Family Services. All you need is a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 21 years old, and possess a valid driver’s license. The role involves preparing, cooking, organizing, cleaning, and serving meals to children and youth in a residential setting.

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for 3 meals a day in a kitchen and cafeteria environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure food safety standards are met.
• Communicate respectfully with children and adults, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Adhere to nutritional guidelines for children up to 18 years of age.
• Assist in inventory and food preparation tasks as needed.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards if required for transport.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Average hourly rate: $17.02 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential).
