On Call Crisis Support Worker

We are looking for an on call Crisis Support Worker to add to our team! A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred. We will teach you the rest!

• Assist children after hours, including transporting a child to a new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis.
• Work up to 30 hours a week with flexible scheduling; shifts start at 5pm and you choose the days that best work for you.
• Might be required to stay with a child in a hospital or one of our offices throughout the area.

• Compassionate and eager to learn.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills.
• Strong advocacy for children.
• High School diploma or equivalent; preferred experience in child welfare.

Company car, cell phone, and computer provided.

Average hourly rate: $14.00.
