A Day in the Life as a Youth Care Worker I at our Qualified Residential Treatment Program:
You will greet residents, lead group discussions and activities, provide guidance, document progress, collaborate with the treatment team, and assist with practical tasks such as laundry or meal supervision. You may also transport residents to appointments or activities ensuring their safety and well-being.

Someone passionate about working with at-risk youth and making a positive impact. No previous experience required; a strong work ethic, compassion, and a desire to contribute to the team are essential. Predictive Index assessment will be required.
