We’re looking for a Construction Project Engineer who’s ready to grow with us—someone who takes ownership, pays attention to the details, and wants to be part of a team that builds with pride.

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be a key member of the project team, supporting our Project Managers and Superintendents from pre-construction through final closeout. You’ll help keep schedules moving, subcontractors informed, and documentation organized—playing a vital role in delivering projects on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and subcontractor/vendor coordination
• Help prepare scopes of work and preliminary project schedules
• Support estimating and planning for materials, labor, and self-performed work

• Maintain and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawing revisions
• Support procurement and delivery of materials and tools
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
• Help manage jobsite logistics and documentation in coordination with the Superintendent
• Attend project meetings and support quality control processes

• Assist with punch list development and follow-through
• Compile as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout materials
• Ensure project files are clean, current, and complete

• 1–3 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects or working in the field
• Experience with Procore is a preferred
• Comfortable reading and interpreting plans and specs
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with on‑screen take‑offs, or scheduling software is a plus
• Clear communicator and dependable problem‑solver
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
