. This growing GC has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality projects in medical facilities, K–12, and other commercial sectors
. As their portfolio continues to expand, they are adding key leadership roles to support their continued growth and commitment to excellence. They did $40M in revenue this year and have a $90M backlog.
The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and internal crews to coordinate daily activities and maintain accountability on site. They will lead field operations on commercial projects with a significant amount of self-performed work. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $90,000-$115,000 per year + bonus
