RESPONSIBILITIES

Moving is stressful - join our team and let's take the stress out of our customers' day.

* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries

* Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications

* Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves

* Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork

* Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction

* Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues

* All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

The right candidate will have a winning attitude, self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced team environment. They will also possess an ability to build relationships and provide first class customer service utilizing their strategic selling skills and compassion for others.

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 100% drug free

* Excellent customer service skills; effective listening and communication

* Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs

* Strong computer skills
