Primary Care/ Family Physician Topeka, KS COMPENSATION: $,000 Plus 10% bonus
We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family Primary Care Physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic Topeka, KS.We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.
Role:
Compensation: $240-$270k + Bonus, up to 10% of base salary
Location:
Topeka, KS Position:
Primary Care Physician Full primary care acute, physicals, chronic disease management and coaching, well womens visits
Will collaborate with one new NPNo occupational medicine
Clinic back up support staff: 3-NPs, 4-MAs, Labs on site Dispensary on site
Hours:
Mon. 7-4, Tues. 9-6, Wed. 7-4, Thurs. 9-6, Fri. 7-4
No Call Patient Volume: 10-12 a day Annual visits 60 min follow up visits 30 min Patient demographics: 50/50 Men/Women. 10% or less children starting age 2

Ambassadors who give birth receive 6 weeks of full pay and benefits. Ambassador not a primary care giving role receive 2 weeks to support their partner and bond w/baby Adoption: same as maternity and paternity leave
Medical licensing and DEA fully reimbursed
Requirements:
MD or DO Residency Trained IM/FM or IM-Peds Board Certified/ Board Eligible Preferred experience (willing to see a new grad)
