Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Researcher to support a network whose mission is to improve the quality of education and outcomes for all students, including students with disabilities. The role involves creating clear, engaging data visualizations and producing reports that inform educators and educational initiatives.

In this position you will support the evaluation of the Kansas Technical Assistance System Network (TASN) and the Arizona College and Career Competency Framework. The role requires occasional travel within Kansas for onsite observations and evaluations of professional learning, and the ability to travel overnight. Preference will be given to individuals who can work from the KU campus two days per week, but fully‑remote qualified applicants will be considered.

KU benefits include tuition assistance for employees and dependents, health insurance, retirement, and professional learning opportunities. Advancement opportunities will be offered based on performance and increased responsibility.
