Hill’s in Topeka, KS seeks a Plant Engineering Manager to own the capital budget, develop a 5-year capital plan, and lead energy management initiatives. You will supervise Maintenance and Project Engineers to meet KPIs while collaborating with Safety and Quality functions.
You will drive continuous improvement, implement GMPs, and coordinate with EOHS and Quality to ensure compliance and training for new systems. Relocation is offered.
