Get to Know Your Team:
- The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.
- Manages daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
- Coordinates staff scheduling and assignments to maintain adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Ensures compliance with organization's policies and basic healthcare regulations.
- Supports budget tracking by monitoring expenses and reporting variances to leadership.
- Facilitates communication between staff, providers, and patients to resolve routine issues.
- Assists with on-boarding and training of clinic staff to maintain service standards.
- Provides guidance and support staff, including performance feedback and coaching.
- Serves as the primary liaison between administration, physicians, and external organizations or vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare / business administration or a combination of experience and education that is relevant to the responsibilities outlined in this role.
- A minimum of one year of management experience with supervision of team members operating in a healthcare setting.
