Base salary $90,000–$120,000. $7,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time employees.

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s degree preferred, or bachelor’s degree with sufficient experience in the field.
