Night-Shift Certified Surgical First Assistant

Advent Health Shawnee Mission is seeking a Surgical First Assistant to support operating room teams. The role involves preparing suites, selecting instruments, and assisting surgeons with tissue exposure, hemostasis, and patient positioning.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, along with adherence to sterile technique and patient safety standards. Applicants should be certified (BLS) and have a CSFA/SA-C/CSA or state certification, with a high school diploma and preferred associates
