• Pharmacist Inpatient needed for day shifts.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Shift times may vary.
• All required certifications must be in hand at the time of application.
• Experience in anticoagulation therapy, high-alert medications, inpatient/acute care, IV push medications, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, Pyxis, renal dosing, sterile technique, therapeutic medication monitoring, and warfarin dosing is essential.
• Experience in community hospitals is preferred.
• Floating to like units within the scope may be required based on facility needs.
• Travelers will receive a brief orientation on the unit.
• Modules are non-billable and must be completed onsite during orientation.
• Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
• Daily census is approximately 100 patients.
