** What's a typical day as Provider Enrollment Specialist? You'll be:*
* + Reviewing and processing provider applications for enrollment in various healthcare programs.

+ Managing challenging calls and inquiries from healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy.

+ Maintaining a positive demeanor while navigating a fast-paced work environment.

+ Working independently to resolve provider issues and inquiries effectively.

+ Upholding confidentiality and data protection standards in all communications.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have strong customer service and phone communication skills (must have).

+ Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and CRM systems (must have).

+ Possess a basic understanding of health insurance products such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, Dental, and ACA plans (preferred).

+ Are familiar with insurance enrollment processes and related guidelines (preferred).

+ Can work independently and maintain strict confidentiality (must have).
