Oracle’s Global Physical Security ( GPS ) Systems Team is committed to delivering secure and seamless access credentialing across the corporation’s global offices and data centers. We are seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to lead the vision, modernization, and global life cycle of Oracle’s BADGE Kiosk Hardware platforms, essential for secure issuance, management, and auditing of access credentials ideal candidate brings deep experience in physical security hardware deployments and automation, excels in complex vendor and technical stakeholder environments, and is committed to maximizing uptime, process efficiency, security, and user satisfaction.
You will oversee the complete BADGE kiosk hardware environment, defining its technology roadmap, directing global deployments, orchestrating remote management, and automating both support and user-facing processes. A continuous improvement mindset, strong analytical approach, and technical hands‑on leadership are essential to drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure that Oracle’s evolving badge credentialing ecosystem remains robust, compliant, and future‑ready.

Positioned as the global authority for BADGE kiosk hardware, you own the full technology vision, deployment program, and continuous improvement cycle for badge issuance devices. You will set objectives and priorities, drive hardware lifecycle management, and directly impact security, operational continuity, and user experience globally. Autonomy in daily execution is expected, while collaborating strategically with Oracle GPS leadership and cross‑functional partners.
- Drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle from architecture and deployment to operations, upgrades, maintenance, and modernization of credentialing kiosks.
- Transition manual hardware provisioning and support workflows to automated, self‑healing, and scalable processes.
- Serve as the escalation authority for device performance, software/firmware issues, and field incidents.
- Author roadmaps, investment cases, automation strategies, and device standardization documents.
- Develop, communicate, and execute the global multi‑year strategy and technical roadmap for BADGE kiosk hardware in alignment with Oracle’s security and operational objectives.
- Oversee major deployments, lifecycle upgrades, and integrations, automating remote diagnostics, inventory health checks, firmware/software updates, and end‑user ticket workflows.
- Identify and implement automated monitoring and alerting solutions to maximize device uptime and proactive fault resolution.
- Lead cross‑organizational teams, including vendors and field services, to deliver against project milestones and SLAs, ensuring performance and compliance at every stage.
- Drive adoption of IoT and remote management technologies for rapid scaling and reduced hands‑on maintenance.
- Pilot and scale new automation frameworks and digital touchpoints, reducing manual effort and enabling global self‑service onboarding and credential renewal.
- Ensure all hardware and processes adhere to company and global regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness through documentation and system controls.
- Collaborate with the PIAM / BADGE application and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and secure data exchanges between kiosk hardware and enterprise platforms.
- Own the quality and accuracy of supporting materials, including device standards, installation guides, support runbooks, troubleshooting playbooks, and audit documentation.
- Report status, device health, risk, and improvement opportunities clearly to technical management, business partners, and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Security, or related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in physical security hardware or automation program management, ideally with global scope and high‑transaction environments.
