In this role, you will contribute to transforming raw data into actionable insights by leveraging analytical tools, statistical models, and machine learning techniques. You will collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to solve real‑world problems, optimize workflows, and support business decisions. You will work with a feasibility development team to assess and develop capabilities that are suitable for operational deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring quality and usability for analysis or modeling.
  • Perform statistical analysis and generate visualizations to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights in datasets.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models to solve business challenges, optimizing for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build dashboards, charts, and reports using visualization tools to clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist with designing and maintaining data pipelines, writing efficient code and SQL queries to process and store data effectively.
  • Work closely with global cross‑functional teams, present insights, and contribute to discussions that shape project outcomes.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies in data science and actively seek opportunities to refine skills and knowledge.
  • Document processes, training, methodologies, and findings, and present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement digital projects and initiatives for manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Understanding of foundational machine learning concepts, algorithms, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (e.g. Databricks).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying and scaling machine learning models.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a global team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders.
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and applications, such as IoT, AI robotics, and automation.
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git for collaborative coding projects.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or published research in the field of AI/ML, data science, and Industry 4.0.
