The Data Scientist creates a shared understanding of business performance to drive data‑driven decisions and accountability across business channels.

• Enables Proactive Insights:
  Surfaces forward-looking analytics using advanced data modeling and engineering techniques.
• Establishes COE Strategy:
  Develops MSS Data Science COE strategies, best practices, and scalable frameworks.
• Optimizes Tools & Processes:
  Streamlines DS workflows, prioritizes initiatives, and enables cross-LOB alignment and scaling.
• Leverages Technical Expertise:
  Utilizes PySpark/SQL, Fabric Engineering, and Lakehouse architecture for data model development.
• Strengthens the Data Ecosystem:
  Troubleshoots to ensure performance, reliability, and accessibility.

The annual salary for this position is between $,400 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
