We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operation, provide excellent customer service, and optimize team performance.
Qualifications- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Train, supervise, and support team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies for improving team performance.
