What You’ll Do:

• Operate advanced CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, and more)
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling for precise cuts and high-quality parts
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform accurate in-process and final part inspections
• Complete preventive maintenance on machines and workstations

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of CNC machining experience required
• Familiarity with G-code, tooling, and measurement devices (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to read prints and follow technical instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNC certification is a plus

Flexible Shifts + Industry-Leading Shift Differentials:

Day Shift:

• Mon–Fri | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Night Shifts:

• 2nd

Shift: Mon–Thu | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

• 3rd

Shift: Mon–Thu | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

• Up to $6/hour night shift differential

Weekend Shift:

• Fri–Sun | 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 + $2/hr premium from Day 1
