785 Beer Company is a locally owned brewpub dedicated to crafting high-quality beer, great food, and creating memorable experiences for our community. We take pride in making exceptional craft beers to be sold out of our 17,000 sq ft taproom, and we are in need of a Brewer to take over the brewing!

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Brewer to join and help us continue producing innovative and consistent beers that showcase our creativity and commitment to quality.

• Assist in all aspects of the brewing process including wort production, fermentation, cellaring, packaging, and cleaning.
• Follow and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure quality, consistency, and safety.
• Monitor fermentation, yeast health, carbonation, and beer quality throughout production.
• Perform daily cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of brewing equipment and the brewery space.
• Collaborate on recipe development and experimentation with new beer styles.
• Accurately track and document brewing logs, inventory, and production data.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times.

• Prior brewing experience (professional or homebrewing with strong technical knowledge).
• Understanding of the brewing process, ingredients, and equipment operation.
• Ability to lift 55+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings or weekends, as production requires.
• Passion for craft beer and eagerness to learn and grow with 785 Beer Company.
