- 2nd shift 12:20pm-9:00pm
- Lead production employees to perform in a proficient manner, providing motivation through personal example and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure employees are following all safety operating procedures
- Help train and develop a high-performing team
- Check all out going garments
- Ensure team is on pace and schedule
- Inspect garments that were sorted, ensure sorting is being done correctly. Correct issues that are found
- Check lines daily to ensure all garments are out shipped on time to customer.
- Check HAACP daily, ensure all HAACP procedures and being followed.
- Responsible for putting teams counts in hourly and daily.
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
- Remain standing/walking for extended amounts of time daily
- Work overtime when needed
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
