The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. In applying for this position, you acknowledge your awareness that the position is a part of the Food Ingredients business unit and has been identified to transition to CVC Capital Partners. Food Ingredients:
Innovating improved nutritional profiles, better taste and texture, and greater cost efficiency to meet the needs of global food and beverage manufacturers.
Safely operate packaging and production equipment while maintaining efficiency and product quality standards. Package, label, code, and mark finished products accurately and in compliance with established procedures. Complete product sampling activities and communicate results and material needs with Quality and Laboratory teams. Maintain accurate production records and documentation throughout the shift. Support equipment changeovers and line transitions to ensure minimal downtime and production continuity.
Inspect packaging materials and report quality concerns, defects, or abnormalities to leadership. Communicate equipment performance issues and operational concerns to Operators, Leads, and Supervisors. Assist other production lines and support team members to meet operational goals and customer requirements. Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures and reporting incidents or near misses.
Makes You the Right Fit
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and verbal directions accurately. Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and compliance standards. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other business systems. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. on a regular basis.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the majority of the shift. Ability to climb stairs and ladders while working safely in a production environment. Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across shifts and departments.
Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, food, flavor, ingredient, or chemical production environment. Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), or similar quality standards. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
