The Christian Evangelistic Association of Kansas (CEA) exists to catalyze a movement of church planting across the state of Kansas. The Executive Director plays a pivotal role in leading this mission by developing strategic partnerships, overseeing operations, and stewarding resources to multiply healthy, self‑sustaining churches. The Executive Director serves as the chief strategist and leader of the CEA, responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with churches, church planting networks, and other aligned organizations.

This role integrates the efforts of CEA staff, partner churches, individuals, and vendors to advance the vision of a church planting movement in Kansas.
