Responsibilities
The Development & Community Engagement Coordinator supports the fundraising, donor engagement and marketing efforts of the organization. This position provides administrative and logistical support to the Marketing & Development team. This position will manage the organization’s donor database, assist with events and coordinate donor communications.
Position Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred education - Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in nonprofit support, customer service, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM/donor management systems (Bloomerang, Blackbaud eTapestry, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, etc.) or other database work preferred
- Successful completion of Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), Central Registry, and other applicable background investigations and possess a valid Kansas driver's license
$21.10 - $29.93
HoursBetween the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
