• Direct supervision of nursing care, treatment, and services on the assigned shift or unit.
• Ensure all patient‑care activities are completed as required.
• Assign appropriate nursing personnel and confirm their presence.
• Identify training needs and coordinate resources with other organizational leaders.
• Celebrate patient victories along the rehabilitation journey.

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting the position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
• Five years of nursing experience, with at least two years recently in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse or lead capacity) with responsibilities for interim reporting, issue resolution, goal setting, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
