As a Nurse Manager, you will guide nursing staff through patients’ rehabilitation journeys, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures while delivering personalized, top‑tier support.

- Direct supervision of nursing care, treatment, and services on the assigned shift or unit.
- Ensure all patient‑care activities are completed as required.
- Assign appropriate nursing personnel and confirm their presence.
- Identify training needs and coordinate resources with other organizational leaders.
- Celebrate patient victories along the rehabilitation journey.
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting the position.
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
- Five years of nursing experience, with at least two years recently in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse or lead capacity) with responsibilities for interim reporting, issue resolution, goal setting, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
