Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide patient‑centered behavioral health services in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The role emphasizes autonomy in a private‑practice style while collaborating with corporate clinical leadership and receiving administrative support.

• Travel daily to assigned facilities.
• Conduct initial evaluations, continuing therapy services, and cognitive testing.
• Document the need and extent of services for each patient.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with client facilities, patients, and their families.

• Proof of Nurse Practitioner licensure.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Capacity to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
• Complete the credentialing process.
