Westport Animal Clinic, a well-established, progressive, fast-paced multi-doctor small animal practice located in Topeka, Kansas, is offering veterinary student externships (internship). The program provides real-world experience and mentorship in a collaborative environment.
Westport Animal Clinic offers services including Preventative Care, Surgery, High Speed Dentistry, Cold Laser Therapy, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body radiology, Medical/Vacation Boarding and Pet Bathing.
We’re looking for- 1st through 4th year veterinary students
- Compassionate, team player and strong communicator
- Students looking to enhance their education through real world experiences
- Flexible scheduling
- Paid externship hours

- DVM mentor network
- 1:1 mentorship and guidance
- Must be an active veterinary student from an AVMA-accredited institution
