• Base pay $12.99 to $17.00 per hour, adjusted by experience, location, and other job-related factors.
• Incentive pay average $162.00 – $389.00 per month.
• Store hours Monday to Friday 9AM – 5:30PM, Saturday 9AM – 1PM (37.5-hour work week). No Sundays.
• Full-time associates accrue up to three weeks paid time off in the first year.

Location: 1223 Southwest Wanamaker Road, Topeka, KS 66604

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes.
• Serve as backup for cashiering, tag and title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.

• Previous sales and customer-service experience, ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs; strong computer skills.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Basic geographic knowledge is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor screenings.
