Job Overview:

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment.
• Follow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
• Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc.
• Inspect, maintain and use hand tools, power tools, and operate various pieces of construction equipment.
• Read, interpret and follow plans, specifications and other contract documents.
• Measure, cut and tie reinforcing steel bars prior to concrete placement.
• Problem‑solve and provide solutions to common jobsite issues.
• Communicate well with others on the jobsite both verbally and using hand signals.
• Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality customer service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid email address and phone number.
• Must pass pre‑employment screening.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Work indoors or outdoors in all types of environments.
• Bend, kneel, walk on rough terrain, and climb in and out of equipment and work areas.
• Travel periodically.
• Work overtime when required.
• Work in a team environment.
