- Compensation: $30-$40 per hour based on experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with journeyman license
- Must be able to complete required physical labor for entire shift
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, hold a minimum of 30 lbs overhead, and work in confined spaces
- Must understand and adhere to safety requirements
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Proficient with small tools
- Dependable and on time
Responsibilities
- Assist equipment operator, excavation manager, and other skilled labor when necessary
- Prepare necessary supplies, tools, and equipment for transport to the worksite
- Load or unload construction materials
- Operate small hand tools and perform construction labor as needed
- Set up and take down ladders, barriers, and other temporary structures
- Maintain a clean job site and secure tools and equipment daily
- Pipe fitting, water meter repairs, new service installs, ditch work
- Proficient with pipe/grade lasers
- Use hand tools (rakes, shovels, broom) as needed
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary

- All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks
