Employment Type: Full Time | Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
Pay Rate: $19+/hour (pay is based on requirements and experience)
Location: Topeka, KS
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist with the installation and assembly of furniture, equipment, and fixtures as needed.
- Keep tools and maintenance equipment in good working condition.

Required Qualifications
Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Power Plant (boiler and chiller) certification and/or experience. Must have at least 4 years of field maintenance experience and 2-year technical degree, building maintenance certification or two years in facility maintenance lead role.
Required to have a high school diploma or GED. Must be highly skilled in one of the following areas: electrical, heating and air, plumbing, and carpentry.
