Support Worker at 2INgage
Location:
Ottawa Office (travel to other counties required). Full‑time hybrid available.
Salary:
Average hourly rate $19.17 (incl. wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential).
- Teach life skills such as emotional regulation and communication.
- Help families access resources and build better futures.
- Be a positive role model and advocate for children.
- High school diploma or associate degree in Human Services.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children and families.
- A heart for helping and a willingness to learn.
- 20 days of personal leave (25 days after year one) plus 12 holidays.
