Position Overview
Full‑time CRP Coordinator at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions Inc. Provides coordination of the Citizen Review Panel activities as directed by the Kansas Department of Children and Families. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a business‑related or social service field and at least two years of experience in child welfare administration, management, or event coordination. Compensation: average hourly rate $18.31.
A Day in the Life- Coordinate activities of the Citizen Review Panel.
- Arrange meetings, workshops, and conferences with DCF‑appointed staff.
- Establish relationships with committee members and volunteers.
- Participate in departmental plans and goals.
- Manage annual reporting for CRP panels.
Predictive Index assessments assist hiring managers in determining if a candidate may be a good match for the position. The assessment takes 5–7 minutes and has no right or wrong answers.
Employment requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related or social service field; at least two years of experience in child welfare administration, management, or event coordination; experience with Kansas child welfare is a plus.
