Global Operations Center Technician – Epic

Location: Madison, WI (relocation assistance available)

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

As an Operations Center Technician, you'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real‑time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations. You'll identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur. Working closely with internal teams and emergency services, you'll ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.

• Monitor real‑time alerts and system data.

• Manage access & security systems.

• Oversee building operations.

• Identify and respond to incidents via video feeds and system data.

• Coordinate emergency responses during disruptions.

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field preferred
• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days
• COVID‑19 vaccination required
