What is OCI Developer and Observability Products team?

The OCI Developer and Observability Products Group is constructing a robust suite of products aimed at supporting and enhancing the developer experience and monitoring and operational capabilities of OCI services. This group provides a comprehensive set of tools and technologies to ensure efficient and effective management of OCI's operations.

By developing these products, the group aims to empower OCI services with the necessary resources to excel in their operational roles, ultimately contributing to the overall success and reliability of OCI's offerings. This initiative is a strategic step towards strengthening OCI's position in the market by prioritizing service performance and customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of key components within Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure. You should be capable of specifying, designing, and implementing enhancements to existing software architectures in response to evolving requirements. A strong ability to dive deep into all layers of the technology stack, including low-level systems, is essential. In addition, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to other software engineers on the team.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

• Paid time off:
  Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
  
  Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
