Relief Customer Service Representative (Relief CSR) Driver

Full time, Monday‑Friday 1st shift.

• Safely operate a company vehicle in the designated area to provide products and service to a variety of clients.
• Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Loads/unloads product per company policies, procedures, guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads/prospects, call prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Assist the sales organization with the procurement of additional new business.
• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and can clearly communicate these to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Take responsibility for your personal safety and the safety of others.
• Use safe precautions, proper tools, equipment, and adhere to all safe work practices and policies.
• Perform other duties as required that are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Preferred: previous driving experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• No preventable fatal accident while operating a CMV in lifetime.
• No suspension of driving privileges for moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Pre‑employment DOT physical and federal drug screen are required.

• Exposure to adverse weather conditions including hot/cold temperatures.
• Fast‑paced environment with possible irregular, long hours.
• Routine lifting and maneuvering of minimum 25 lbs. and loading/unloading of product from truck without assistance.
• Occasional lifting and maneuvering of 50+ lbs.
• Requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid Driver’s License (not CDL) with minimal points/violations in the last three years.
