As a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are the face of Avail Home Health & Senior Care Management. Most of your time is spent providing skilled nursing care one‑on‑one with patients in their homes. Your compassionate presence and positive attitude make a big impact on the patient’s whole household. You keep charting up‑to‑date and accurate, communicate effectively and respectfully with patients and their families, and collaborate with other healthcare providers.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
• Current CPR certification
• New graduates are welcome!
