Reimbursement Support Caseworker

Support reimbursement workflows at Cencora through accurate case coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities across patient support operations. This is a full-time position.

The Caseworker assists reimbursement processes and helps advance coverage-related requests through customer operations and patient support workflows. You will coordinate benefits documentation, resolve routine issues, maintain case records, and work with internal and external stakeholders. The position also supports reporting readiness and workflow control.

• Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and follow-up activities
• Resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps
• Maintain accurate case records and system updates
• Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators
• Support process improvements and workflow updates

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• Two or more years of related experience required
• Experience in reimbursement support or patient services
• Experience in case coordination or healthcare support services
• Relevant certification preferred
