We have an immediate opening for a Junior AP Administrator to join our downtown Toronto office in this onsite, permanent position.

Salary: $45,000

• Ensure the accounts payable procedures and processes are being followed
• Answer and respond to all vendor & employee queries within 1 business day
• Ensure payables are being consistently processed and paid in a timely manner
• Investigate and resolve any payable issues on a consistent basis
• Process stop‑payments and void cheques
• Improve process to reduce frequency of manual cheques
• Address any AP issues brought forward by the accounting dept

• Up to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager – Elevate an asset
• Must have experience in high volume environment
• Ability to meet challenges in a fast‑paced environment
• Organized, detail and deadline‑oriented
• Ability to work through multiple priorities
• Intermediate level of Excel skills
