Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle accounting for properties

• Produce monthly financial statements per IFRS standards

• Monitor cash flow and major monthly expenditures

Requirements:

• Enrolled in CPA program or equivalent

• 2-3 years of property accounting experience

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities

• Police clearance required for employment
