As a Junior Accountant, you will contribute significantly to accounts receivable processes. This role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in AR/AP cycles. You will manage invoicing, communicate with different business lines, and prepare journal entries that adhere to accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer billing and invoicing according to contracts

• Apply AR payments and follow up on collections

• Conduct AR variance analysis and reconciliations

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations

• Assist with audit requests and month-end closings

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills

• Impeccable customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
