As part of our professional team, this position requires managing various tasks in accounting and office settings. You will facilitate invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and payroll processes while ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations. Your organized approach will enhance the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day financial and administrative duties
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bookkeeping
• Process Canadian payroll, including necessary deductions
• Prepare and file GST/HST returns on time
• Organize email communications and office tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a professional environment
• Strong knowledge of Canadian compliance standards
• Expertise in Quick Books and bookkeeping
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
