Position: Estate and Trust Tax Accountant Role

This position requires a Tax Accountant with a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or tax roles. You will prepare and file income tax returns, perform detailed calculations, and ensure compliance with CRA regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to work efficiently with clients, internal teams, and external tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file complex income tax returns

• Gather necessary information from clients and teams

• Perform calculations and organize data for returns

• Communicate with CRA regarding compliance

• Liaise with Trust staff and outside tax professionals

Requirements:

• 3+ years in accounting or tax-related roles

• Strong knowledge of T1, T3, and GRE compliance

• Proficient with Taxprep software

• Excellent attention to detail

• Effective time management and communication skills
