This role is perfect for an accounting professional with 3-5 years of experience, skilled in preparing financial statements and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead payment processes, prepare month-end closing documents, and mentor junior accountants. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze P&L and balance sheets monthly

• Process journal entries and maintain accurate A/R and A/P

• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Mentor Staff Accountants on payment practices

• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Commerce

• CPA designation in progress or completed

• 3-5 years of full cycle accounting experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with CRM tools like Oracle or Salesforce
