Experienced Senior Accountant Position

This critical role within the Business Support Services team demands a strong foundation in Canadian accounting standards and hands-on experience in managing intercompany and deferred funds. Your analytical skills will aid in resolving accounting issues and streamlining processes while providing essential guidance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead key month-end and year-end close activities

• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts

• Prepare schedules for audit assistance

• Support intercompany and revenue recognition procedures

• Enhance processes to improve reporting accuracy

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• CPA designation or in progress strongly preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
