Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-time Bookkeeper to support our financial support during weekends. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping who can efficiently manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with our finance team to maintain the integrity of our financial data and assist with various accounting tasks.
This position offers flexible weekend hours and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization.
- Manage and record daily financial transactions using accounting software such as Quick Books, Microsoft office, Excel, Word, PDF
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank and ledger reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with shared cost processing and related documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support budgeting activities and financial reporting as needed
- Report to board on keep good communication with Unit owners and tentant
- Ensure all bookkeeping entries are completed accurately and timely during weekend shifts
- Accrual basis
- Prepare monthly financial report and prepare financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books(online)
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- CPA program enrolled or CPA certification preferred
- Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related accounting practices
- Ability to perform detailed financial data entry and maintain organized records
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external vendors
- Ability to work independently during weekend hours while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Be able to start in June 2026
Pay: $26.00 per hour
