Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is looking for a Co-op student to join our Finance team for the Fall 2026 term! The Accounts Payable Co-op will provide support for the Lindt Canada Account Payable team during this time of the year.

This placement is for Fall 2026.

** Position:
** Accounts Payable Co-op  
** Compensation:
** approx. $43K – 45K/annually, 37.5 hrs per week

* Work location:

** Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist in matching Intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
* Assist with matching 3rd party co-pack invoices, labor and packaging invoices in SAP
* Assist with processing indirect expenses in Concur
* Handle small AP portfolio attending to statement reconciliation, handling AP vendor inquiries
* Collaborate and work cross functionally with the Accounts Payable Team, Intercompany factories, Supply Planning and Packaging team
* Additional Administrative tasks upon request

* Qualifications:

*** Must be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university in a finance/accounting co-operative program or within 6 months of recently graduating.
* Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles
* Be familiar with transacting in foreign currencies
* Able to work independently, multi-task and in collaboration with others to meet strict and occasionally moving deadlines
* Accounts Payable experience considered an asset
* Intermediate Excel knowledge with experience using VLookup and Pivot tables
* Strong organization skills, attention to detail and analytical skills
