Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices from the AP email daily

• Resolve discrepancies by communicating with relevant consultants

• Ensure timely invoice approvals through weekly reminders

• Document approved invoices in Yardi for financial records

• Coordinate cheque delivery for payments and address inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction

• Knowledge of invoicing and accounts payable

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
