Position: Multi-Entity Bookkeeper for Financial Success
Support financial operations across multiple entities as a Bookkeeper in a dynamic services environment. Manage bookkeeping with precision using Quick Books Online and Excel.

In this role reporting to the Finance Controller, your key tasks will include maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, managing transactions, and assisting with compliance activities. Your work will support essential payroll functions and ensure timely month-end closings and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, expenses, and payments through Quick Books Online

• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts

• Aid in year-end documentation and payroll management

• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records throughout financial operations

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in bookkeeping, ideally in multi-entity environments

• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel

• Experience with month-end closing and reconciliations

• Knowledge of Canadian accounting principles and HST

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
